Forest animals that can be encountered are red duiker , bushbuck , porcupines , vervet monkey , baboons , water mongoose.
The land slopes down 1.3km towards the Sabie River at a height drop of 200m and lends itself to exciting forest trails offering magnificent views of the Sabie Valley.
The hikes along the Sabie River itself are adrenalin filled and feature gushing rapids and waterfalls as well as tranquil pools , where otters can sometimes be seen.
The hikes come in different degrees of difficulty so that there is an opportunity for all our guests to experience the beautiful scenery , fauna and flora of the Sabie Valley.
