What a fantastic place! ❤️ We stayed here for three nights, and from the very first moment, it felt like coming home.

The food was absolutely incredible. Every meal was prepared with so much care and attention by the chef. Everything was fresh, full of flavour, and perfectly prepared. The service was equally outstanding. A special mention to Renata and her entire team — what warm, kind and genuinely welcoming people!

Renata has created a wonderful family atmosphere and a truly warm and welcoming environment where we felt completely at ease. That personal touch made our stay even more special.

Everything was perfectly taken care of and contributed to an absolutely fantastic holiday. We look back on our three nights here with nothing but wonderful memories.

We had wonderful days at Bohm’s Zeederberg. Renate is a very friendly and caring hostess who pays personal attention to her guests and gives good advice about activities in the area. We got a room upgrade! We did an amazing game drive in Kruger National Park through her with a very good safari ranger, where we were picked up from the accommodation. On other days, we drove the Panorama Route ourselves (one day is too short for that). In the morning you get a delicious breakfast, and the terrace has a beautiful view! It was very nice that we could have a three-course dinner at the accommodation (only 400 ZAR), with good wine. The garden of the accommodation is beautifully landscaped with lovely trees and birds, a wonderfully peaceful place! The accommodation is malaria-free, situated at a higher altitude, and a half-hour drive from Kruger Park. Because we only went to Kruger Park during the day, we didn’t have to take malaria pills.

The stunning view from the terrace, the delicious food, and the wonderful hospitality of our host Renate made it an unforgettable stay. On top of that, the rooms were spacious, peaceful, and fully equipped with every comfort!

The place is full of style, quality and careful architecture and interior design. Host Renate is an exciting person who can tell many interesting stories about the origin of the place and the area.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft im Familienbesitz mit besonderem Flair. Kein Chichi! Traumhafte Lage mit tollem Ausblick. Die sehr freundliche Betreiberin Renate erhält die Unterkunft mit viel Engagement und Herzblut. Dazu ausgezeichnete Verpflegung und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an bei Renate wie Zuhause gefühlt. Das Anwesen wirkt wie ein altes, aber gut gepflegtes Herrenhaus mit einzelnen Häuschen in einem traumhaften Garten. Böhms Zeederberg ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Touren in die Umgebung (Kruger Park, Panoramaroute), die Renate auch gern organisiert. Sie kennt die besten guides und driver, sogar eine Begleitung für eine Wanderung zum Sabie-River hat sie in Windeseile
SC organisiert. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen!

We really enjoyed Bohms Zeeerberg ..Renata and her staff looked after us so well. The food was delicious and the location was convenient for visiting Blyde River Canyon . Beautiful gardens .

Wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft mit viel Stil, absolut zu empfehlen. Die Chefin, Renate Böhm, ist ganz außergewöhnlich zugewandt. Das ganze Anwesen wirkt hervorragend in Schuss und ist in seiner entspannten Großzügigkeit eine Erholung.

What a wonderfull authentic place to stay. We loved everything here. The views are amazing. Renata is a hostess pur sang, great cook and allround storyteller. She gave us the best tips for the surroundings.

Spent 2 nights at Zeederberg in the “honeymoon” chalet! It was fantastic. The host is amazing, super organised and very helpful. The facility is a little dated but is very clean, tidy and everything works well. The grounds and the views are simply amazing. Food was simple but very good. Highly recommended for a digital detox.

Bohm’s Zeederberg Lodge is an absolute paradise, a bit dated but with an atmosphere that you rarely find. Perfect and loving care thanks to Renate and the girls. You will really experience an unforgettable time here.

We begonnen onze 3-weekse reis bij Renate haar fantastische guesthouse. Bohm’s Zeederberg Countryhouse ligt tussen Sabie en Hazyview in en is een perfect verblijf voor als je even bij wilt komen van je lange reis en voor als je de Panorama Route gaat rijden en/of naar het Krugerpark gaat. Renate is een ontzettend lieve gastvrouw die je hartelijk welkom heet en ervoor zorgt dat je je direct thuisvoelt. Want wat een prachtige plek is dit, je bent in de middle of nowhere met alleen maar prachtige natuur om je heen. Je komt hier echt tot rust! Het is een kleinschalig verblijf met 10 kamers/huisjes. Ons huisje was schoon en met liefde ingericht. Het is zeer charismatisch en ook al is het niet het meest moderne, het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Je kunt heerlijk op je veranda buiten zitten en luisteren naar alle geluiden om je heen, het is heel rustgevend hier. Wi-Fi is er alleen in het hoofdgebouw, maar je mist het niet eens! We kregen iedere ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt en er was ook de mogelijkheid om te blijven dineren wat we dan ook twee keer gedaan hebben. Heerlijk vers gemaakte gerechten met ingrediënten uit de omgeving. Er is trouwens ook nog een prachtig zwembad aanwezig. Dit verblijf is een 10 out of 10!!

Wir haben uns von Minute 1 pudelwohl gefühlt! Renate und ihr Personal sind so nett und sehr auf das Wohlbefinden der Gäste bedacht. Wir haben das Frühstück, die Ausflüge (Renate hat uns schon vor der Anreise so freundlich bei der Buchung unterstützt), das Abendessen, die Gartenanlage, einfach alles sehr genossen. Ganz ganz ganz lieben Dank für alles!!!

We were lucky enough to start our trip to South Africa in this beautiful accommodation and it couldn’t have been better. The hostess was incredibly friendly, welcomed us with a warmth we will not forget so soon, and always provided us with tips for excursions and sightseeing. The food was simply phenomenal – prepared with a lot of love and absolutely delicious. The small cottage was perfectly decorated, stylish and cozy, so you feel immediately at ease.

All in all, a wonderful experience where there is really nothing to complain about. An absolute insider tip and highly recommended!
